Return & Refund Policy
Made-to-Order Production
All items in the House of Oxtober collection are made-to-order and produced exclusively upon purchase. Because each piece is custom-manufactured at the time of your order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
Non-Returnable Circumstances
Incorrect size or color selected at time of order
Change of mind after purchase
Purchased as a gift for someone who does not want it
When We Will Make It Right
We stand fully behind the quality of every item we sell. If your order arrives with any of the following issues, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will issue a free replacement or full refund — no return shipment required:
Item arrives visibly damaged (torn, cracked, broken)
Print defect (smearing, misalignment, fading, missing ink)
Wrong item or wrong size shipped due to our error
Item never arrived (confirmed by tracking)
How to Submit an Issue
To report a problem with your order, use the form on our Returns & Order Issues page. You will need:
Your order number (found in your confirmation email)
A clear photo or video showing the issue
A brief description of the problem
We respond to all submissions within 1–2 business days.
